New Delhi: The swindle of 2G spectrum wrong allocations which swayed the country, is said to be one of the largest multi-billion dollar scandals in India. The one man committee concluded the illicit man-oeuvres  succeeding the improper decisions by successive Governments - Congress led UPA Alliance since 2003 were the cause for the scam. Investigations by the Shivraj Patil committee were reported to Telecom Minister Kapil Sibal. On Friday these findings were disclosed to the media in a press conference in New Delhi. Further they are going to be sent to Central Bureau of Investigation to find out the faults.

             Mr. Kapil Sibal said that the former Telecom Minister A. Raja gave his piece of mouth wording that he was not off beam to policies by the NDA Government and the previous formulated policies were fallacious. The ratiocinations were marked "bad” by Kapil Sibal. The cost of licenses in 2003 was the entry fee of 2008. Mr A. Raja unheeded the TRAI, Law Ministry, and Telecom Ministry. Instead of conducting auctions and inviting bids, first -come -first- serve basis was followed. Telecom companies with no or little experience were also given authorizations below market rates.

           The single main panel suggested rectification of policies and penalization to violators of the rules and procedures. Observing the policies from 2001-2008, the probing committee pondered that those who alleged at the UPA Government now, were the beginners of the guilt, being overlooked in the whole issue. A. Raja’s resignation followed divulge of Audit reports and findings. The Comptroller and Auditor General of India relegated that the cost to government upshot between $18 billion - $40 billion. The CBI arrested Raja and his accomplices. They were the Telecom Secretary Siddartha Behura and Personal Secretary R.K Chandolia. These people were charged guilty of misuse of office and exploiting nations delimited asset, thereby socking away wealth above legal sources of earnings.
